Dr. P. K Mohanty
Dr. Mohanty, an entrepreneur, innovator and a guiding force behind the creation of TOR ANUMANA, serves on the board of directors. His contributions in the fields of steel production technologies and civil engineering are widely respected and adopted for use globally. He pioneered the patented "OSIL Process" which is recognized as one of the leading coal based Sponge Iron Technologies in the world and has been adopted for use in projects funded by IDBI, World Bank (IFC) and the German Development Bank (DEG). He serves as Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Orissa Sponge Iron & Steel Ltd. Dr. Mohanty received his PhD in Civil Engineering from Utah State University, Logan, USA. |

Dr. Sara Mohanty
Dr. Sara Mohanty is a co-founder of TOR ANUMANA and serves on the board as Executive Director. Prior to TOR ANUMANA, Sara served in various capacities in the fields of Research and Education in Mathematics. In the span of her academic career, she has served as a Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and the Indian Statistical Institute, Bangalore. She also served as Assistant Professor at University of San Diego, California. She received her PhD in Pure Mathematics from University of California, Riverside, USA and has a B.S. in Mathematics from State University of New York (S.U.N.Y.), New York, USA. |

Subhashis Mohanty
Subhashis Mohanty is a co-founder of TOR ANUMANA and serves as CEO and as a member of the board of directors. Prior to TOR ANUMANA, Subhashis served in various capacities at QUALCOMM, Kyocera Wireless and Waterloo Maple. His 18 years of professional experience is primarily in design, development and delivery of commercial software and consumer electronics. Subhashis has a M.S. (Theoretical Particle Physics) from the University of Toronto, Canada, a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, USA, and a B.Com (Hons.) in Accounting from Utkal University, India. |

Dr. Troy A. Schilling
Serving TOR ANUMANA as Director, Computational Mathematics, Dr. Schilling's primary focus is the development of cryptography products and technology. Since joining TOR ANUMANA, Troy has spearheaded the effort to obtain NIST validation of our AES encryption algorithms and developed our secure hash, HMAC, secure random number generation, and multimedia components. Troy is also a key member of our product development strategy, marketing and management team. Prior to TOR ANUMANA, Troy held various senior technical positions at Northrop Grumman and the Institute for Defense Analyses. Troy earned a doctorate in Mathematical Physics from the Pennsylvania State University and Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Utah. |
